We aim to be clear and fair with all refund requests. Here’s our full policy:
• Full Refunds: Available for cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled parking start date.
• Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 7–14 days prior to arrival are subject to a £10 cancellation fee.
• No Refunds: If you cancel within 7 days of your parking date, we’re unable to offer a refund under any circumstances.
To request a refund, email us at enquiries@premierparking.live with your booking details.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: All spaces are limited. Refunds via our system also return your spot back into stock for other customers.
