We operate the car park from 2.5 hours before the start of the event and remain open for 1.5 hours after the event finishes. That gives you plenty of time to arrive stress-free and return to your car safely.
We aim to be clear and fair with all refund requests. Here’s our full policy:
• Full Refunds: Available for cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled parking start date.
• Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 7–14 days prior to arrival are subject to a £10 cancellation fee.
• No Refunds: If you cancel within 7 days of your parking date, we’re unable to offer a refund under any circumstances.
To request a refund, email us at enquiries@premierparking.live with your booking details.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: All spaces are limited. Refunds via our system also return your spot back into stock for other customers.
Yes! We offer clean, separate male and female toilet facilities on-site.
Yes – vending machines with drinks and snacks are available to keep you refreshed for the journey home.

Absolutely. Your vehicle’s safety is our priority. We provide:
• 24/7 monitored CCTV with 55 high-quality cameras
• Well-lit areas
• Gated entry that’s locked during events
• Manned security on-site at all times
Once you complete your booking, you’ll receive:
• A confirmation email
• A confirmation SMS
Both will include your unique QR code, which must be shown to our stewards on arrival.
