A great guy called Perry from the company contacted me a couple of days later to explain a wesbite issue which caused the inability open on the night, which is perfectly reasonable. They had tried to email before hand and this was rejected by my inbox. And at the time didnt have access to mobile contact info due to website crash. I was offered a refund. Which is great and helped cover the cost of arena parking. I would defintley book and use again for events at COOP live arena. Used this carpark lastnight for the Stevie Nicks gig, and would highly recommend. Friendly welcome at the gate while guided in, and another worker kindly parked my car for me bless him because I failed miserably to turn around properly and panicked 😂 Absolute legend. Really handy that there’s toilets for arrival and leaving aswell. Wasn’t a shuttle bus on but it’s not a bad walk at all to arena. Amazing customer service! I had booked this car park for the Stevie Nicks concert on 9th July which was postponed. Whilst this was not their fault, Premier Parking offered to transfer my booking to the rescheduled date, or have a full refund. Luckily I was able to go to the concert on the rescheduled date tonight. On arrival the staff couldn't have been more helpful, showed us where to park, offered us the use of toilets, and showed us which way to walk to the arena......only a 10 minute walk. After the concert we got straight out of the car park with no queuing. Can't recommend highly enough and will definitely use again. Easy to get to, secure and safe parking, staff were nice & friendly and had toilets & a vending machine available if needed before the drive home. We operate the car park from 2.5 hours before the start of the event and remain open for 1.5 hours after the event finishes. That gives you plenty of time to arrive stress-free and return to your car safely.
We aim to be clear and fair with all refund requests. Here’s our full policy:
• Full Refunds: Available for cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled parking start date.
• Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 7–14 days prior to arrival are subject to a £10 cancellation fee.
• No Refunds: If you cancel within 7 days of your parking date, we’re unable to offer a refund under any circumstances.

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
