What do you need ready before you arrive?
Just your QR code. Once you complete your booking online, we send a confirmation email and a confirmation SMS, and both carry the same unique code. Our stewards need to see it on arrival.

- Open the SMS or email before you reach the gate, so the code is on screen.
- Turn your screen brightness up so it scans first time.
- Save the message somewhere easy to find, in case mobile signal is patchy near the venues.

When does the car park open and close?
Opening times depend on the event:
- Co-op Live events: we open at 2:30pm and stay open until midnight.
- Manchester City matches at the Etihad: we open 2 hours before kick-off and close 1 hour after full time.

How do stewards keep the car park secure?
Our stewards are on-site at all times, and they work alongside the rest of our security setup. The gated entry stays locked during events, so only booked vehicles come in.
