How do I find you?

What time can I park from and until?
For Coop events, the car park operates from 2:30 pm until midnight. For Manchester City events, we open 2.5 hours before kick-off and remain open for 1 hour after the match ends. This gives you plenty of time to arrive stress-free and return to your car.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Premier Parking, we operate a strict cancellation policy due to high demand and limited availability for event parking. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations 7 Days or More Before Your Booking
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled parking start date are eligible for a refund, subject to a £10 administration fee per booking.
This fee covers payment processing, administrative handling, and the potential loss of opportunity to resell your allocated space.
Cancellations Within 7 Days of Your Booking
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled parking start date are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of personal plans
- Securing alternative parking elsewhere (including official venue parking)
- Changes to travel arrangements
- Failure to attend (“no-show”)
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You choose to park elsewhere for any reason
- You no longer require parking after booking
- You join or are accepted onto alternative parking waiting lists
- You fail to attend your booking (“no-show”)
- You arrive outside of your booked time/date window and cannot be accommodated
All bookings are considered final and non-transferable to alternative dates or events.
Service Errors (Our Responsibility)
If Premier Parking is unable to provide the service as booked due to an error on our part (e.g. double booking, incorrect confirmation, or no space available), a full refund will be issued.
Rescheduling & Amendments
- Amendments (e.g. vehicle registration changes) can be carried out by logging into your user account.
Where a date/time change is approved:
- A £15 rescheduling fee will apply
- Changes within 7 days of the booking are not guaranteed
Exceptional Circumstances
In genuinely exceptional situations (e.g. extreme weather preventing site access), Premier Parking may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund or credit.
Proof may be required. This clause is applied strictly and does not cover personal circumstances or changes in plans.
Events Outside Our Control
Premier Parking is not responsible for disruptions outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Event cancellations or changes
- Traffic delays
- Third-party issues
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
Refund Process
To request a cancellation or refund, you must email:

- Booking reference
- Full name
- Reason for request
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in contradiction of these terms may result in the claim being formally contested with supporting evidence of your acceptance at checkout.
Do you have toilet facilities?
Yes! We offer clean, separate male and female toilet facilities on-site.
Are refreshments available?
Yes –vending machines with drinks and snacks are available to keep you refreshed for the journey home.
Is the car park secure?
Absolutely. Your vehicle’s safety is our priority. We provide:
• 24/7 monitored CCTV with 55 high-quality cameras
• Well-lit areas
• Gated entry that’s locked during events
• Manned security on-site at all times
How will I receive my booking confirmation?
Once you complete your booking, you’ll receive:
• A confirmation email
• A confirmation SMS
Both will include your unique QR code, which must be shown to our stewards on arrival.
What venues do you provide parking for?
We proudly offer parking for events at:
• The Etihad Arena
• Co-op Live Stadium
Our location is ideal for both venues, with easy access and secure surroundings.
